DWA Derek Watts Associates was established in 2001 and offers specialist advice in the sphere of building conservation, land, planning and development. Although based in Surrey the vast majority of our work is located in Central and Inner London, however we can operate over a much wider area as evidenced in our website and, in particular, on our Land page. The practice is neither owned by, nor is a subsidiary of, any corporate organisation. Hence, we are able to offer an independent, bespoke and professional service tailored to your specific requirements. We can also work in association with architects, lawyers, planners and structural engineers to provide related expertise where necessary.
