The Practice

DWA Derek Watts Associates was established in 2001. The practice is neither owned by, nor is a subsidiary of, any corporate organisation. Hence, we are able to offer an independent, bespoke and professional service tailored to your specific requirements. We can also work in association with architects, lawyers and structural engineers to provide related expertise where necessary.

Professional Standards & Fees

All Chartered Surveyors are duty bound by strict rules of conduct on matters such as client confidentiality and conflicts of interest. It is imperative that all Chartered Surveyors advising clients hold professional indemnity insurance and adhere strictly to the regulations governing the proper handling of clients' money. In addition to the rigorous academic and practical training undertaken, the continuous updating of skills and expertise is compulsory for all practising members. In respect of fees, we would be pleased to provide written or verbal quotations upon request and without obligation for any of the services outlined. Please contact us by telephone or, alternatively, you can email us on the link below.
